Lars-Gerrit Lüßmann specializes in advising listed companies in particular on stock corporation and capital market law. One focus of his advisory work is on M&A and capital market transactions, in particular public takeovers. A further focus of his work is legal and strategic advice to management boards and supervisory boards of listed companies.

Lars-Gerrit Lüßmann studied law at the Universities of Freiburg, Lausanne (Switzerland) and Munich. In 2000, he earned an LL.M. in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law and completed his doctorate at the University of Konstanz in 2003. Lars-Gerrit Lüßmann started his career as a lawyer in 2002 at Linklaters, for which he worked in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf for more than eight years.

In 2004/2005 he worked for J.P. Morgan AG in Frankfurt on a client secondment. Since July 2011, he has been a partner at Taylor Wessing and since 2013, he has headed Taylor Wessing's Corporate / Capital Markets practice in Germany.
