Nico Baader (born in 1970) has been a member of the Executive Board of Baader Bank AG since 2009. He took over as Chairman of the Executive Board in July 2015. In addition to his responsibilities as Chairman of the Board, he is responsible for the Market Making business area, among other things.

His first experience in the stock brokerage business was followed by training as a banker at Bayerische Vereinsbank in Munich. In 1994, Nico Baader founded a consulting firm for IPOs, investor relations and equity research. From 2000 onwards, he was instrumental in developing the bank from a stockbroker into a full-service bank, including the establishment of Investment Banking (business areas today: Market Making, Capital Markets, Strategy, Legal, Human Resources & Business Organization, Treasury, IT, Communications).
