Thilo Tern is managing partner of Silvester Group and has been responsible for consulting in the areas of ESG, strategy, investor relations and financial reporting since 2005. With his team, he has successfully set up and operationally implemented strategic sustainability work in ESG projects for more than 100 corporate clients of all sizes. He acquired his skills in the study of business administration in Germany, France and the USA until 2001 - and particularly appreciated the lectures in the field of "Finance", many of which were held by his former lecturer, Dr. Alexander Bassen.
