Marc Tüngler, attorney at law, is Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz e.V. (DSW), for which he has worked since 1999.

Initially as Managing Director of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and from 2007 as Federal Managing Director, he has been responsible for the entire work of DSW as Chief Executive Officer since the beginning of 2012.
