After successfully completing his business studies in Munich, Bernhard Orlik began his professional career in the staff department of a large technical services company and with an international tire wholesaler. From 1995 to 1999 he worked for the former SLS HV-Management AG as an AGM consultant.

Since the foundation of Haubrok Corporate Events GmbH in 1999, he has been the managing director of the GmbH and, since August 2003, also a member of the board of the parent company Haubrok AG. With the merger of the two companies in 2014, he was appointed to the board of the new HCE Haubrok AG. With the foundation of Link Market Services GmbH, Bernhard Orlik acts as its Managing Director.

As Managing Director, Bernhard Orlik looks after numerous Link clients from DAX and MDAX but also small companies or newcomers to the stock exchange. He also acts as chairman of general meetings.
