Daniel Bauer studied economics at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and in Sydney. Mr. Bauer has been a member of SdK since 2004 and was elected to the board in March 2009. In spring 2016, Mr. Bauer was elected Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining the board, he worked for WAI GmbH, American Heritage Management Corporation and Macquarie Bank. Mr. Bauer is present at around 30 annual general meetings each year and is actively involved in improving shareholder culture in Germany.
